We are looking for an experienced or first time Head Chef to lead our talented team in this excellent Fresh Food Dining Pub/Restaurant. You will be leading a small dedicated team that works in a great atmosphere with a passion for producing consistently great dishes with a fair and supportive owner.
We are looking for someone who needs to be passionate about great seasonal ingredients, bring energy, have stamina & inspiration. As a Head Chef you must demonstrate the ability to run your kitchen and produce great food. You need to work well under pressure as well as being a strong and fair leader to proactively motivate, train and support a small team.
5 Years’ previous experience as a Head Chef / Sous Chef in a busy fresh food environment
Be a hardworking person with a can-do attitude
Have good communication skills
Be guest focused & passionate about food
Be able to work daytime, evenings and weekends
Food Hygiene Level 2
